Low Fat, Sugar Free Whey Protein Powder is packed with Protein and low in fat and good for you. I eat it almost every day for breakfast in a blender with milk for my breakfast and add different things such as strawberries, blueberries, Peanut butter to mix it up sometimes. I recently also started using this as a staple ingredient in many different snacks. I'm a chocoholic, so I was delighted to be able to enjoy a healthy chocolate snack sometimes with some of these recipes I created. Enjoy! :)1. Directions: Combine sliced bananas with 1

and healthy4. Peanut Butter Protein Bars
1 cup all natural organic peanut butter
1/2 cup pure honey
Mix together and microwave 30 seconds.
Add 3 scoops of Low Fat Sugar Free Chocolate Protein Vanilla, Cake or other flavored Powder Mix, then add 1 1/2 to 2 cups of Quaker Oats
Press into pan and chill.
