Your order will normally be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, except body jewelry,
stainless steel jewelry, and titanium jewelry which is shipped from overseas and can take 7-10 business days to
3 weeks.
USPS Next Day Shipping is not available on Body Jewelry.

Wholesale Leather Cord With $750 Minimum Order:

Wholesale Leather Cord that is special ordered with a Minimum Purchase of $750 are not refundable due to the
fact that these items are special ordered.  We take care to show accurate pictures and descriptions of all of our
items.

Personalized Jewelry:

Personalized orders may not be retuned  This is due to the fact that we will have already committed our time and
materials toward processing the personalized order.

All of our personalized items are made specifically for you. They are non-returnable. We have taken a lot of time
and care in providing accurate pictures of our bracelets.

Regarding Baby & Children's Bracelets:
Our bracelets contain small parts. Please do not leave small children unattended while wearing any type of
jewelry. Please use your best judgement when giving a baby bracelet as a gift. They are intended as Heirloom
Keepsakes and should be worn with adult supervision at all times.

Body Jewelry Return Policy:

In order to prevent transmission and spread of disease and because of health concerns of our customers, we do
not accept returns on any body piercing jewelry.

Body piercing jewelry includes all jewelry for any piercings in your body. This includes jewelry such as, navel
rings, tongue barbells, eyebrow jewelry, nose jewelry, nipple rings, ear rings/jewelry, etc.

Defective jewelry will be replaced with the identical item. Defective or damaged items must be reported to
Tropicari within 3 days of receipt.

We do not replace jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or  jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or
material. By purchasing from Tropicari, you agree that you know what piercing jewelry type, size and material that
is best for your piercing type, and you know how to care for your jewelry and your piercing. If you do not know what
piercing jewelry type, size and material that is best for your piercing type,  you should consult with a licensed
piercing professional, before you purchase any body piercing jewelry.

What you eat or drink can affect tongue jewelry. Highly acidic or alcoholic food or drinks can discolor or deteriorate
tongue jewelry, stainless, titanium,14K gold or acrylic. This may or may not be removed by cleaning the jewelry
with the proper cleaning solution.

Acrylic balls can be striped if over-tightened. We do not replace or exchange jewelry stripped or cracked by over-
tightening. Acrylic balls may also be damaged by cleaning with alcohol.

All Other Jewelry Return Policy:

Please thoroughly examine your merchandise upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any
reason we will refund your purchase price less shipping charges.

Only New, Unused merchandise may be returned for a refund.

We carefully inspect all of our product for any defects before shipping. However, if your product arrives to you
defective in any manner we will exchange the merchandise or issue a refund for the cost of the product.

Please return within 15 days of receipt of purchase for a refund or 30 days for an exchange. Please remember
that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.  You are responsible
for any shipping and handling charges you might incur.  We suggest that you ship your order via insured US mail.

Returns are easy, here's how.

Look on the front of your receipt/packing slip.
Circle the items you are returning.
Write the reason for your return anywhere on your receipt and indicate whether it is an Exchange or Refund (You
have 15 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange).
E-mail us by
clicking here for a "Return Authorization Number"and the Customer Service Representative will give
you the number. Please include all of your order information (date ordered, your name and phone number). Write
that number on your shipping label.
Completely fill out the shipping label.
Ship your merchandise  via insured U.S. Mail in an envelope or small box less than 3"wide by 5 3/4" high and  10
" deep to:
